I have known the owners for many years they are part of my family. During the summer time I would raise my children in this motel because they loved the pool. Anytime I come here to Beaumont to visit I always stay here because this place will always be part of home for me. You're never treated like a stranger and they do their best to help you in any way they can. They will always be my home away from home and my family forever.

First impression, I genuinely thought the place was abandoned. The room was nice looking. Photos were very outdated. Room smelled like Fabuloso. Tore the bed down and it was all clean. Mirror was cracked, chain lock was beat and looked like it wouldn't stop a toddler from breaking in. A few things like fridge were old and raggedy. Shower was cute I suppose, but the sprayer was low and I had to squat to wash my hair. Occasionally there'd be no hot water, and other times the water smelled like mildew, and I had to run it for about 5 minutes for it to clear. Everything being tile was kinda cool, I liked the vibe of the room a lot. Bed was okay, pillows were flat, blankets were thin and littered in burn holes (my fault for picking a smoking room) Fan in the bathroom was full of dust and mold, the smell when it ran was horrendous. Didn't see any the first day, but roaches started appearing through my 4.5 week stay. I worked nights, and slept from about 8am-4pm. For several days in a row I'd be woken up to someone beating on the door for housekeeping. After about a week they got the hint that I was not letting anyone in to clean. After my first week I had a guy relentlessly beating on the door, I answered and he told me it was checkout time. Im like "bro I have the room booked for weeks out." People fighting every morning, yelling and slamming doors. Came outside one day and saw broken glass all over my windshield as if someone threw a bottle at it. Panhandlers and prostitutes. I likely won't return. You can stay here for a couple days if you need to, but for contract workers spending a month here, treat yourself to something a little better. I spent a quite extended period of time at this motel and while I won't say it's the most flashy you'll find in town, it absolutely was a lifesaver for me during a very tough time. The reception and housekeeping staff are all very kind and considerate. Honestly, my biggest complaint is that *I'm* too tall for the shower heads, but thats not an uncommon occurrence especially in something like a hotel so thats no fault of the property. You might have the occasional undesirable character knock at your door overnight or hanging around during the day, but then again this is SETX so you're not really gonna find a town without at least a few needle fiends roaming around at any given point of the day. All in all, don't judge a book by its cover. You'll probably save about $30/night choosing this place over somewhere that looks nicer online. Definitely recommended for anyone traveling on a budget!!!

I met Peet the morning I checked it. He has been extremely helpful and considerate of all his guest. He will go out his way to make his guest stay as pleasant as possible. He is always there to offer aid in anything one may need. I can say that my stay here will not be my last.

They are some wonderful people they care about the stand they clean everything works. If you have a complaint, they ask you right away. They have very good hospitality. Very good people to work with. They wouldn’t to work with you in any kind of way but the hotel is excellent. I wouldn’t want to stay no other place but here.
