Traveling with my husband for work, we stay at A LOT of hotels. I look forward to our Avid stays bc it's always comfortable and clean. However at the Beaumont,TX location our room had not been swept, mopped or cleaned in general. The bed was clean, but the floor had food and hair from the previous tenant. The walls were dirty and our bathroom was gross. I noticed the cleaning lady on her phone every time I passed her in the hallway. Multiple times in one hour. Tiles were loose in the bathroom, the desk had damage and was loose. No bathroom fan. The gym was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was good as usual. Ashley at the front desk was the BEST part of our trip. She was friendly, kind, and extremely helpful.

🌟 5/5 — Incredible Stay! 🌟 This hotel exceeded all expectations for the price! The beds were unbelievably comfortable — I slept better than I have in most hotels, sheets were super soft. The walk-in shower and spotless bathroom made everything feel so luxurious and fresh. Breakfast was delicious and full of healthy options, and I loved that the market also had great clean-eating choices throughout the day. Everything was modern, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. Can’t wait to stay here again! 💫

Room 110 was clean, cool, and comfortable. AC worked well. There was a mini-fridge in the room and there were extra outlets by the bed. The sheets on the bed were quite comfortable. The bathroom featured a large walk-in shower. There was no grab bar in the shower for safety but the anti-slip floor worked well. Water pressure was good. There was a small market in the lobby near the front desk. Free hot breakfast in the mornings, free parking. There was also free coffee, tea, hot chocolate, still water, and sparkling water throughout the day in the lobby. The hotel was located right off I-10. The road construction was a pain in the neck which was not their fault but it was inconvenient. Be on the lookout for the turn off to the hotel because it sneaks up on you fast once you exit I-10. Front desk staff was friendly and professional. The hotel offered good service at reasonable rates. I would stay there again.

Just stayed here for 3 nights on a quick last minute vacation. Location is fantastic. Parking is great. Veryyyy clean. Felt brand new. The breakfast was great with lots of choices. Jimmy Dean sausage (or bacon) egg and cheese biscuits, various fruits, toast, cereal, and more. The coffee machines are nice and easy to use. Super clean gym with weights and pelaton bikes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Always smiling. Showers were good. I especially like that they have Dove pump bottles for soaps and shampoos instead of the bar soaps. The beds and pillows are the most comfortable I’ve ever had in a hotel, by far. I slept like a rock every night. My ONLY complaint (if you could even call it that) is you have to push the elevator buttons extra hard to get them to light up. I watched a couple people give them a push and wait on the elevator, but they didn’t push it hard enough initially to make it light up so the elevator wasn’t moving. But I did really like that the elevators move quickly, and the doors open and close quickly so you do very little waiting. I easily give this place 5 stars and will definitely stay here again when we come back.
