I went in on two occasions to get support for a gas log set that I have. Both times were excellent in service and friendliness. On one trip I needed sand for the fire pan and they were out of stock. The owner went to the back and pulled a bag of sand from a set that was missing parts. No charge he said. On top of that he took time to give me tips on what to do. This is why I enjoy buying from family owned shops. I recommend that you see them for anything you need regarding outdoor furniture, cooking, and gas fireplaces!
