I can't remember the name of the gentleman who helped me but he was on shift Saturday the 20th. I'd like to make sure he gets my thanks. My husband passed suddenly and unexpectedly and his voice recording in my son's bear was broken. The gentleman that helped me went above and beyond and was so kind and patient. As far as I understand, that voice box was not as simple as a battery change, there was another broken piece to it. I did not have a saved recording on my phone either. But he spent extra time on it and got it working again and made me an extra, just in case then helped me to make a double recording on my phone. I can't tell anyone how much that meant to me and for my son. We will be back in in a few weeks for my son's next birthday and if he is there, I will update my review with his name as he deserves some recognition, I feel. I truly cannot thank him enough for his kindness.

They make sure everything is made perfectly to a T and I have always come to them. Great service and amazing repairs for all of my kids friends. The one I got for my daughter has made it 3 years and no hick-ups. I highly recommend to all parents and people looking for a gift to come here. Had a fun birthday experience. We made a birthday bear and picked out a cute outfit. Our son enjoyed himself. The one employee there is a bit bold and blunt with children. My son is autistic and when he was trying to pick something I said no to she said loudly and with force to him “well that is not an option” Other than that the experience was good and will return.

My daughter and I made a Star build a bear at this location today. We got there when they first opened and the employees were friendly and ready to help. We were given all the attention on our visit and it made our day special. This location was awesome and we will be returning soon.
