Nick MinerThe cookies are good but a little inconsistent. I get the chocolate chip 9 times out of 10, and I've gotten 5 different versions of the chocolate chip cookie. Figure out the process so the cookie is the same every time. Other than that, no complaints. I've liked every cookie I've gotten but some are better than others.

Tracy RamirezHad a disappointing experience at the Mid-County location today. Customer service was bad, several customers including myself had to wait longer than usual for our orders. The employees seemed overwhelmed and rushing orders. I was upset when I received my box of cookies dirty with icing all over. Counters were dirty and floors were dirty from the employees rushing to get orders out and not pay attention to cleanliness and presentation. I usually have a good experience so I was surprised by my experience today.

KyaCrumbl is good. I’ve went in the store a few times and i’ve been greeted, sometimes not because of their businesses which is honestly fine. Personally i don’t like cookies but me and my family just try them for the fun of it and their always presented nice.
