Jackie SmithStopped in today for their Poor Man’s Special of red beans and rice with sausage and cornbread. We were in the area for the Museum of the Gulf Coast and are so glad we stopped at Edith’s because it was delicious and inexpensive.

Christopher DavidsonAt this point I've had pretty much everything on the lunch menu and was only disappointed once. I can't recommend the fried chicken unfortunately, I'd expected a batter fried sothern style fried chicken and it appeared it was just a skin on chicken breast fried in a pan. That being said, literally everything else in there is top tier.
