I've stayed at this hotel twice. They do not have a business center, nor can they accept/send faxes for you or print documents for you, so that is a bit disappointing. The rooms are lacking amenities such as lamps and alarm clocks, and the furniture/appliances differ in the rooms, some less appealing, but I would say the staff is superb! I have dealt with these three ladies, Jamie, Dallas, and Miriam, and all have been EXTREMELY excellent! I wish I knew the housekeeper's name that I dealt with because she was just as fabulous as well. If I can find out who she is (a middle-aged African American woman), I'll update my comment, as I believe she deserves recognition as well. While I have stayed in hotels much better than this one, I don't cringe when I'm told I'll be staying here again. What the room lacks in, the employees here make up for in every sense of the word.

Staff was the best part. Location is close to interstate. The actual property was hit and miss with cleanliness. The property feels like it was bought and rebranded without remodeling or doing a deep clean. 3rd floor smelled like cigarettes. Room was ok, shower pressure almost non existent and hot water was lukewarm. Taking a shower was depressing

I stayed here from February 3rd–9th and had a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Although my job moved me to a different location, I will definitely be back in the future.
