by far best hotel in Beaumont. breakfast is pretty good, location is 10 min from the port and downtown. There's some homeless nearby but never an issue. The reason why this hotel is the best is cause the staff. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels for work and this by far is the best staff and management. If I were to ever come back to beaumont I'm staying here.

Not the best Marriott property in the area, but all that was available at the time and for the cost. Hotel was a bit old and smelled moldy. Room was partially clean, but not very thorough.

Staying here for a work trip, and it looks like I have stayed here in the past on a different work trip. I would 100% choose to stay here again. The amenities are good, the location is convenient, and most importantly the rooms are clean.
