I ran out of packing tape for a package I needed to ship, and the kind woman in the mailroom went above and beyond to help me. She told me to just bring the box to her, and she took care of everything. I thanked her, and when she said “anytime,” I truly believed she meant it. I’ll definitely restock my packing tape, but her genuine kindness and generosity really stood out. It felt like helping me was no burden at all, and that meant a lot.

Hands down absolutely 💯 the BEST Staff EVER! I am a Travel Nurse and have been using Flagship Mail Room's Mail Forwarding Service for about a year 1/2 now. Natalie, Kathy and the rest of the Staff have been absolutely AMAZING. My mail is always forwarded in a timely manner, Held if I ask and if there is a particular item that I am expecting they are in constant contact via text or phone with updates. I know that with the Store and other Customers they are extremely busy but thwy always go out of their way to.make me feel as if I am their only Customer!

I just want to say that I moved to Beaumont from Fort Worth October 2021. I am now moving back after this temporary year, and I have ALWAYS been greeted amazingly here!! Everyone is super helpful and friendly! Never have I had to dropoff my packages at the local usps. I love it here! Thank you for making me feel a bit like home!
