Tammy ThomsonHands down absolutely 💯 the BEST Staff EVER! I am a Travel Nurse and have been using Flagship Mail Room's Mail Forwarding Service for about a year 1/2 now. Natalie, Kathy and the rest of the Staff have been absolutely AMAZING. My mail is always forwarded in a timely manner, Held if I ask and if there is a particular item that I am expecting they are in constant contact via text or phone with updates. I know that with the Store and other Customers they are extremely busy but thwy always go out of their way to.make me feel as if I am their only Customer!

Jenn MichelleI just want to say that I moved to Beaumont from Fort Worth October 2021. I am now moving back after this temporary year, and I have ALWAYS been greeted amazingly here!! Everyone is super helpful and friendly! Never have I had to dropoff my packages at the local usps. I love it here! Thank you for making me feel a bit like home!

LOVING LIFEI won’t go anywhere else for my shipping/mail needs. Excellent customer service and so easy to get in and out. I am able to email and receive copies as well. What a beautiful gift shop to.
