I recently went into Guitar Center to buy my daughter a Yamaha JR2 for her birthday, and I have to say the experience was outstanding thanks to Kenny. I know absolutely nothing about guitars and I’m not musically inclined at all, but Kenny went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. In a post-COVID world where true customer service feels almost nonexistent, Kenny was a breath of fresh air. He was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable with my purchase. His customer service skills are beyond reproach. As a regional manager for a large restaurant chain, I deal with customer service and employee development every single day, and I can honestly say I wish I had more employees like Kenny on my team. You have a very valuable employee with him. Thank you again for making what could have been an overwhelming experience an easy and enjoyable one.

Great store, and it's so nice to buy from Guitar Center because they stand behind their products. Had an issue with a used electronic kit I bought that was around $1300, and they made me completely whole. No more buying used gear from Reverb, Ebay, or Craigslist. Love buying from a brick n mortar store, you get personalized attention because they're there! Thanks Kenny, I'll be looking first at Beaumont from here on out.

The workers in general are pretty nice, but can be lazy at times. I needed to demo something and the worker made no effort in finding the right cable for it after stating he can look for one in the back. Instead, he just continued chatting with someone else while I was waiting. Another time, I had to get a fret nut replaced on my bass and they did a terrible job and didn't bother making things right. I think Sweetwater will do just fine for any purchases I need to make.

Guitar center over all normally have what I’m looking for, big plus is that they usually allow you to test stuff, so this have me save some money couple times with brands that initially had not in mind , then just because I tested them and they came out great to me just got them
