I called and made a reservation based on when I thought we would ready to stop for the night on our trip from Florida. Making the reservation over the phone was good and I was told I could pay cash when I got there to save the 3% fee they charge for cards. I estimated our time of arrival at 4:30 and she told me as long as I got there by closing which she told me was 5:30 even though all the info I found said they close at 6:00pm. We found ourselves in traffic and I knew we were going to be close to 5:30 so I called and let her know we were still coming and would be there asap. I was told she needed to close at 5:30 and she made me feel pressured to pay with my card. I said I would rather wait. We made it by 5:15 she was very cool towards us. We also chose this park based on the fact they offered free WiFi and cable. Neither works, when asked about it we were told the cable hasn’t worked for years and the WiFi was just rebuilt but not turned on. The weather went to heck on us and we wanted to stay another day she made us feel like it was an inconvenience to keep us in the same spot due to a baseball tournament. I don’t mind if they don’t have a spot and we needed to move on but don’t make me feel bad for trying to book a spot. There is also a train track nearby that unhooks and hooks up cars and it honks the horn over and over it was very loud a couple times through the night. When it rains the park is very slow draining and there is an inch of water everywhere FYI

This was a GREAT stay! We were so ready that leave the park we were at in Boerne that we ONLY stayed at for convenience to be close together family. We were only gonna stay one night passing through and added one more night because we have to leave but we could easily spend a few weeks here and wanted to if we could. GREAT sites and location. Highly recommend! 👏👏👏

Great convenient location tucked away right off route I-10. Clean, safe, good service, great location, large roads to turn on. This park is filled with RVs as you can see in the video. They reserve the front pull thru rows for those staying overnight or shorter stays which is great. The only thing that can be a little difficult is the more narrow sites for parking. Thankfully everything seems to be a pull thru but the stairs to the RV will likely be on the grass while the RV is on concrete. Not a huge deal in the grand scheme of things!! This is a well-run park and was a wonderful stay!

With my husband traveling out of town for work, we always struggle in finding a good RV spot. We like this location because it is quiet; It has ample space, the other renters are friendly and considerate, especially when you work those long plant hours out there… Overall, I would recommend this place for anyone wanting a relaxing location.

This is an easy in easy out campground, especially for big rigs. Everything looked well-maintained. Nice playground, small, but looked to be clean pool, and a decent store with various items, including Blue Bell ice cream. We had a pull-through site up front and while long enough, it was barely wide enough for the RV. Our stairs came down on the grass as we couldn't position the rig to take advantage of the paved patio (way up at the front of the site). It seems you either live here for work or you're only passing through. Very little road noise considering nearby freeway. I'd stay again if passing through.
