This is not the Ritz Carlton. Room and facilities were clean and presentable. Staff was pleasant and responsive. However, your room is not serviced every day unless you request it. Very convenient location but located next to a very busy highway. Suggest you get a room near the back of the property to shield yourself from some of the noise. Free breakfast OK. Good variety to choose from area was kept very clean. Now to add my most important criteria for a Hotel property of this nature is… Would I return again answer… Yes.

I stayed in the hotel on Dec 3 and the room was very clean and very comfortable. Front dest people was very nice and friendly. Their manager CK was one of the best managers. I ran into a big issue about the VAN I drove after I checked out and the VAN was completely dead. I quickly realized that I might need jump start help. I called the road assistance and waited for 20 minutes and no response. I went to seek help from the front dest for help. CK and two of his employees came out and drove one of their vehicles and helped me solve my problem. It's so good to come across CK and two other gentlemen. It's a pity that I didn't write down their names. I own them a big thanks. I will highly recommend this hotel simply because they have really quality and great employees. Thank you, CK!
