I generally like coming to a Hilton hotel but this location is hard to access due to construction. The room was not as clean as I would like for the cost of the place either. I also have recently been here twice with the same situation that was awkward at arrival. I was sent by my local church for a few days and then a few weeks later by my employer. Both times instead of the Hotel reaching out to the company to clarify payment, I was asked for my credit card. Issues that could have been resolved prior to arrival.

I don’t leave too many reviews. But due to the service Courtney gave me and my family I’m here. Like a whole family reunion! She handled everything well and with so much class all the while having her hands full. Honestly everyone treated us well. Thank you guys for the awesome stay. I will be recommending you guys and will definitely be back! Thank you again!

My family stayed here recently for a family reunion and I was beyond satisfied. The manager Courtney went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and addressed our concerns quickly. She kept in touch and stayed abreast of issues and I have no complaints. The staff was polite and professional and I haven’t enjoyed a hotel like this in a long time. The food was delicious and prompt. There was a lot of us and we didn’t want for anything. Rooms were impeccable and she even had our names welcoming us on the televisions. 10 out 10. I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn and will definitely be returning.

I stayed here this passed weekend it was so crowded people everywhere I wanted to know what was going on so I ask the front desk lady she told me a family reunion my stay was great the staff was amazing especially Annie and chef AJ from the breakfast to dinner it was great bartender was ok her attitude is horrible but breakfast Sunday morning is where it went down hill as I was sitting down minding my business people start complaining about they ran out of grits it was 9:45 they close at 10 over 20-30 people downstairs eating but complain about them running out of grits of all things I know that the restaurant opens up at 6 am maybe if you wouldn’t come down at 9:45-9:50 you would have had some it’s more people that stayed at the hotel so maybe that’s why the ran out of grits also out of everybody that was eating it was two woman out the family reunion that complain about everything yes they came at 9:45-9:50 complaining service was great with all those attitudes that the breakfast lady had to put up with to training a young lady I believe they did a great job I will be back

The staff here is A+. You’d think I personally know these people they are so friendly. Aj and Willy literally shared their food with me one night because they were speaking about a local place. Needless to say I ended up going. Cristin, Simone and all the bar staff are awesome. Would def. Stay here again. Had one maintenance issue durning my stay and they were quick to attended to it.
