I stopped by the H&M store in the Parkdale Mall today in Beaumont Tx and had such a good experience. The staff was super friendly, patient, and very helpful without being pushy. They helped me find exactly what I needed, and made the whole visit easy. It’s rare to get that kind of customer service these days. So welcoming, I’ll definitely be back!
