Literally the best hotel I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. Everyone was perfect everything was perfect. The food and drinks at the bar were phenomenal. Front desk staff was on point and housekeeping couldn’t have done better. If you need a place to stay in the Beaumont area this is the one to choose.

My room was very nice. Some parts of the hotel had a strange smell and several of the drink vending machines credit card readers didn't work, but it was a restful stay and late checkout for IHG club members helped me out a lot. Why does every hotel I stay at have a broken elevator right now?

An average stay overall. The room was standard, the service was okay, and the location is decent, but nothing really stood out. It’s a perfectly fine, middle-of-the-road option if you just need a basic place to stay for the night.

A decent stay for a night. The place was clean, though the bathroom could do with a bit of an update. Comfortable beds and decent size room. There was a little bit of noise early in the morning from nearby trains.
