Besides the construction, the area has a lot of great restaurants. The suites were clean and the staff was friendly. Out of all the Holidays Inn in the Beaumont-Port Arthur area, this is the best one. Does not have a full dinner service, only a bar to order food. The breakfast is great and has a lot of options. I would stay here again. Also, the A/C cannot keep up with the summer heat so ask for a room on the second or third floor.

Needs lots of work, Took us 2 hours trying to to get to the hotel cause of construction, Very run down place. No Free breakfast like the rest . Had 2 change rooms 2 times to get an A/C that worked , Still was not that cold . The WINDOWS NEED TO BE COVERED WITH SOLAR SCREENS . Then the room would not be that hot . Was not even compensating for us have to change rooms 2 times . We used our points for this place that needs to be shut down and rebuilt . Not a holiday inn we are used to staying in .
