Summary: Fantastic service — super friendly and incredibly educational! Can I give this place more than five stars? Full Story: I’ve got to say, I’ve been to a few hobby shops, but this one really stands out. The moment I walked in, I got an important phone call I couldn’t miss, so I stood off to the side to take it. Sherry noticed I was holding my Slash 4x4, came over, and started inspecting it while I was still on the phone. When I finished my call, she immediately told me what was wrong with my car — I didn’t even have to ask for help! Not only did she identify the issue, but she also pointed me to the exact parts I needed. Chris then took the time to educate me on the system’s dos and don’ts, breaking everything down in a way that was easy to understand. Especially since im familiar to Nitro cars and new to the electric world. After I bought my parts, Chris even had me test the truck to make sure everything was running perfectly. Welcome to Pleasure Island — these folks know how to take care of their customers!
