I want to start this review by saying our family LOVES Jason's Deli! However this visit to this location was so incredibly disappointing. $55 and more than half went into the trash. 3 Texas style spuds all just covered in sauce that was so watery, the consistency was like soup with no actual meat...the meat that was in it was dry and hard like it was left over. An uncharge (.59) for sour cream (3) and it smelled so rancid; as if it had not been stored properly. The last item ordered was a turkey sandwich, the provolone was not a slice it was a chunk😅. Any additional meat was uncharged (3.79) but the sandwich had 2 slices of turkey; so I guess its good additional was added! The cashier was not having a good day, which is understandable...we all have not so good days. But to be rude is un-called for. Maybe some retraining, on proper food care is needed as well as customer service. 7/9/26 at 7:14 Pm Cashier 7 Order 728 $55.33
