I just came here today to try it. It was my first time. I ordered the mega evolution matcha the pokémon one and I have to say that it is really really good. They were super nice and I will definitely be coming back

This store is always a place that I choose to get my boba fix, not just because of their good boba but also the professional worker services. I’ve had an issue using Gift card recently. Things went alright on the 1st time then issue started came up when it showed inactive and no balance left on the card when I tried to use it for the 2nd time yesterday. One of the worker addressed me to come back another day so I could get help from someone in higher management. I came by today, same issue happened. Both of the workers that working tonight shift were beyond the normal standard customer service! Even they still didn’t figure out what the issue was but the way they solved it really made me feel like I am a valued customer that they would tried to take care of no matter what. I rate this store a 5 stars and I’m willing to give them a 10 if it would be possible. Forgot to ask for the workers name, but great job Kungfu tea!

The bubble tea is great, but the building itself makes me sick to go into due to mold growing in the HVAC system (it’s obviously visible on the vents)…so minus one star for not keeping the building reasonably clean.

Kung Fu Tea is great! I usually do take-out orders, and the mobile app works very well for ordering ahead. I do have to say that the mobile app gives you the ability to pick which location you're ordering from, so menu items may vary from visiting in person compared to what is offered in the app. The staff at the Nederland location are friendly and the establishment is very clean. The interior decorations make the place look very nice, and I've never been disappointed with a drink that I've gotten from here. I've visited five or six times, and they've been spot-on every time!
