Frustrating circumstances brought me to La Quinta, but I was laughing with the Tyrus at the front desk not an hour later. I had excellent service and very gracious and understanding staff when I made a special request. I think it says a lot about a place when every face you meet is happy and genuine, and this was my experience with La Quinta in Port Arthur. Thank you guys! Thank you Taneka for your kindness, and Zee and Latosha for your friendliness.

Nice place but I'm having a hard time believing that there is no rooms available other than the first floor there's tile floors, I can hear roller bags rolling in the hallway. I'm close enough to the front desk, I'm able to hear him moving pans around in the dining room at almost midnight.

I was in town to visit family and let me tell you, this is by far one of my favorite locations. Staff and service were excellent, and the rooms offer more bang for your buck. Plus, the location is around tons of food and shopping options. I will definitely recommend and will be using this location again for future visits! Keep it up, plz!

My stay at the hotel was really satisfactory. The room cleaning ladies were very kind. They kept my room very clean. They were very helpful and polite. The breakfast was delicious, hot and fresh. Miss Karen from the kitchen treated me very well and asked me at all times if I needed anything else. I will definitely come back to stay at this hotel again.
