I think if companies like this dont start helping the public and making an environment where people feel comfortable shopping, the online market will bankrupt another brick and mortar. There were 2 employees standing by the front door smoking and it was frantic when I checked out. The manager was cutting fabric by the register and the other employee was blowing up balloons. The 6 or so self check outs had errors and the customers were backing up and angry. I just put my two drawing pens down and left. One the pens were $5.99 each and two, I didnt want to be around the negative vibe. Those 2 pens on Amazon same brand are $6.99 for a box of 8. I use to love Michael's. Ive been a patron since I was old enough to drive. I miss the feeling of looking in person at craft stuff. Maybe people should work on their brick and mortar stores, because I fear soon there won't be many left.
