Patti AdamsI visited Michael's for the first time since moving here three years ok. I had the most amazing care from staff/checker Ms. Erika. I was in such a rush, was going to just zip in and zip out. I reached the counter, I was greeted with a smile, I mentioned this was my first time shopping at this Michaels. Erika asked for my email address and phone number and put it into the system (I loved this personal touch because it stopped me from getting frustrated by putting the incorrect information into the system. The personalized care was incredible. She used my name and welcomed me back which made me feel very special. Thank you Erika for ensuring I will be a returning customer. Happy holidays.
