We really loved the riverside atmosphere here! The Grilled Salmon was a standout and easily the highlight of our meal, though the onion rings were just average. It’s great to have the choice between indoor and outdoor seating, and the live weekend music definitely makes this a top pick for a night out.

Family dined here after a funeral. Large table near the river on the patio. We were gathered from multiple states to share a special meal. The manager arranged everything for a truly memorable experience. The atmosphere was like a tropical resort. The menu was diverse and especially the seafood section! The bar was well stocked and the drink options were spectacular. Looking out our open patio table provided views of boats, tugs,barges and ships floating past us. Our waitress was very attentive and didn’t miss anything we wanted or needed. The food was delicious from appetizers to dessert. I highly recommend this restaurant with all its amenities and service for any dining occasion.

Today was the first time going here. I tell you this Layla our server was very nice and attentive. As for the food excellent. I had the redfish and pistolettes and my husband had the seafood nachos and the blackened catfish. Everything was wonderful atmosphere great. I recommend it over all.

First time there great experience. I had redfish dirty rice and charro beans. Our waiter was Tucker he was fantastic. The food was great and we saw ships and boats for by just a really good experience. I will be going back !!

Such great atmosphere at the Neches River Wheelhouse. Outdoor dining overlooking the water in a well thought out space. Our service was excellent through our visit. Drinks were really good, recommend the frozen mimosa and sangria. Shrimp and grits were the winner at our table and a must order there. Fried catfish was great but sides with it were marginal. Also loved the seafood nachos as a starter. Live music was excellent and added to the overall atmosphere. Great evening and would recommend.
