This is a beautiful and sacred little spot in Southeast Texas; regardless of what denomination you are, I always feel comfort after saying a rosary in the chapel. It’s just a very nice place to pray.

What a beautiful location this was. I can't even begin to tell you how serine and amazing it was. The little chapel to pray and for 3 dollars you can light a candle for a loved one. I def feel this is a must visit if you are in Port Arthur/Nederland area.

The shrine to Our Lady of Guadalupe was very nice. My mom and I were just taking a road trip, and I came across places to visit around Port Palacios, and I saw this and went. My mom can't walk too much without having to stop for a while, but this place has benches where she was about to rest and take in the beauty of this place.

Very nice older church. Today was my first visit there. I just moved today to Port Arthur and this was the first place I visited. Convenient location too. Mass was at 4 pm Saturday. Confessions start at 3 pm. Quiet parish but parishioners did not attempted to say hello or talk to me at all which I thought was strange. Usually a new face is always welcomed. Priest seemed nice, but just smiled. He dd not say anything either. I will go again and hopefully next time I will have someone want to say hi. If not I will try another church.
