My first visit to Pho Bamboo exceeded every expectation! From the moment I walked in, I was seated immediately and greeted by a friendly, attentive waitress who made me feel welcome. I started with the shrimp and pork spring rolls, which were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. For my entrée, I ordered the shrimp pho and added the spicy option for just $1 extra—worth every penny! The broth was rich, aromatic, and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of heat. I paired everything with a Thai tea, which was smooth, refreshing, and the perfect finishing touch. Every dish that arrived at the table was vibrant, colorful, and as delicious as it looked. It's clear that Pho Bamboo takes pride in both the quality of its food and the overall dining experience. If you're looking for fresh, authentic flavors, excellent service, and a restaurant that leaves a great first impression, Pho Bamboo is well worth the visit. Some of the best Pho in the area! Super sweet family! Get the brisket Pho! You won't be disappointed!
