Queen of Peace Shrine
This Hoa-Binh (Area of Peace), featuring beautiful gardens and statue of the Virgin Mary three times life size, was built by parishioners of the Queen of Vietnam Catholic Church in gratitude for their welcome to Port Arthur.
Mary stands atop a globe and holds a rosary that will sway in the wind. Grounds include Stations of the Cross statutes and greens that lead the eye to the central pagoda. This site is often included in a Lenten Pilgrimage.

In the grand scheme of sights its nothing huge, but as far as Port Arthur goes it something to see if your looking for tourist attractions. The Vietnamese "section" of town starts a block up where there are clusters Vietnamese shops.
