I gave 5 stars because I cannot give 6! The service I got from Ray was a delight. She was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful the moment I walked into the store. She gladly answered my questions and made suggestions and ultimately helped find the safety shoes I wanted and needed. And she was able to assist two other customers as they each came in without abandoning me. I hope she works on commission because I ended up spending over $460. My advice to the manager of this store: promote Ray and give her a raise! I hope she sells me my next pair of Red Wings! My only complaint is that this location does not give a discount to the plant workers as most Red Wing outlets do.

I've bought a few sets of boots here at this particular store. Since seeing my Dad having a pair of Red Wings decades back I guess it's now a tradition for these as my work boots as well. I've had a couple different helpful associates throughout the years, but one of my favorites is Ray. She has helped me multiple times with laces or even when I couldn't afford to purchase from inside the store vs. on-line. She still gave her all demonstrating walk technology showing the high points in my walk. Looking forward to purchasing another more dress up work boot here soon and the chance for Ms. Ray to help me get the perfect fit. Thanks again, Ray

The young lady Ray was very professional and knowledgeable. She was patient with me and help me find the right boots for me. I must say customer service of this caliber is hard to find these days so it was refreshing to get your money's worth in both customer service and merchandise..
