Had no idea I was in line at the states #4 bbq restaurant until someone told me when I asked about the long line. I can’t compliment this place enough. Just go try it. Unless I overlooked it, my only disappointment was only one choice of bbq sauce.

Very special dining experience. We came to Texas for the World Cup. My friend wanted bbq and I wanted Persian food. Turns out we were able to get the best of both! The kubdeh sausage is something perfect and unique. The flavor of kubdeh with the shirazi salad and whipped feta: gives the perfect bite from home. The whipped feta reminds me of doogh. It honestly almost had me crying and made me miss my family. Burnt ends were good. I wouldn’t miss out on it. Some of the pieces were dry and some were like biting into heaven so don’t be surprised if you get one dry piece. IT IS WORTH ORDERING! ORDER IT. Ribs had a delicious glaze. Boudin was good. I’ve been living in Louisiana for 10 years so I know. Potato salad. Felt like eating at picnic! The hospitality at this spot was more than Southern… IT WAS PERSIAN! nicest white guys at the counter! True sweethearts. So generous. We got a million free deserts at the end that were all delicious!
