I’ve stayed at several hotels in Beaumont and this Residence Inn is by far the best out of all of them in the area. My wife ran hotels for her career and when she’s satisfied, it’s definitely a good stay. The rooms are nice, the staff is friendly and they have a maintenance man who cared enough to change out my shower head. The GM also made sure my stay was good and and exceeded expectations. Nice rooms, comfortable beds and a staff that cares. We will be back soon.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The amenities were excellent, and the location was perfect for everything I needed. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and outstanding customer service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

This particular location has everything that keeps me coming back. The customer service is exceptional, and the staff is always friendly and attentive. The property is well-maintained, from the outside to the inside, ensuring a pleasant stay. I’ve had amazing experiences with the entire staff, and I love the amenities available. I often stay for weeks at a time, calling this place my home away from home. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the property is very clean. I want to express my gratitude to the management team and staff for their exceptional service and dedication. I highly recommend this location to all my colleagues, friends, and family members. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t recommend it more highly. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The facilities were spotless at all times—every area, from the rooms to the common spaces, was impeccably clean and well maintained, which made my stay incredibly comfortable and relaxing. What truly made the experience special, however, was the staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. I would especially like to thank Robert, who impressed me by remembering my name from the very first day—it’s such a small detail, but it made me feel truly valued as a guest. A big thank you as well to Mari, who went above and beyond by recommending so many great places to visit and activities to do during my stay. Thanks to her suggestions, I was able to make the most of my time and discover some amazing spots I would have otherwise missed. Overall, an outstanding experience. I will definitely be coming back!

Destiny was a pleasure. She has great customer service. The room was nice. The only two problems I had was that I had to use a towel to stop the tub up because the stopper was broken. I have a one year old and she doesn’t take showers. Also, my son was cold with the small blanket that’s provided for the sofa bed. Everything else was pleasant including the basketball court and pool area which were nice and clean. I will be back!
