Jonathan MorrisThe blonde cashier was almost rude with her short snippy response to my daughter trying to return a pair of shoes. Instead of asking a follow up question, "do you have a digital receipt?" She just responded condescendingly, "you have to have a receipt to do a return" .. rude Thankfully, after thinking about the receipt, and finding her digital copy, my daughter was helped by a nice associate with proper helpful customer service and a nice attitude.

Erik RoedahlWhat a great experience we had in getting my elderly mom some much needed shoes. I had called the store to see if they had a particular style. The associate; Ny went and checked, confirming they had what we were looking for. When we arrived, I asked for Ny, and she guided us to the shoes we were considering. My mom did not care for them, and Ny gathered other shoes in her size. My mom is having to use a walker and is moving a bit slow, but Ny was extremely patient and kind. She helped mom find the shoes that would work for her, and got a great deal on socks that were on sale. My mom loves the shoes and kept talking about how comfortable they were, as well as the confidence she felt in the traction. When I dropped her home, she told me she would probably sleep in them. LOL
