Dear Mr. Patel, I am a Platinum Rewards member. When I stay at your hotel - Suburban Studios Beaumont, I always reserve a room with a king size bed, no smoking, a kitchen, coffee maker, iron, and ironing board. I have REPEATEDLY reserved rooms here for MONTHS at a time since Oct. 2024. On Jan. 30, 2026 I checked into your hotel again. I was given a key card to room 102. It was NOT the room I reserved online, nor was it the room that is advertised on your web page. This room is for someone in a wheelchair. The room DID NOT have the following: bathtub, long vanity top, coffee maker, Kitchen items - (full size refrigerator, stove, sink, working microwave), iron with ironing board, and the toilet seat was cracked. After working 60 hours at school this past week, I was too exhausted to come to the front desk to complain, ask for a refund, and move to another hotel. As a result, I would like for my rewards point for this room to be refunded. Thx, Ms. Hall
