Philip MVisited as a day trip for Spring Break. It does a great job at explaining the refining process. Like most energy museums some of the exhibits are dated, but overall the layout is fantastic - definitely worth a visit.

Emil ParkinsonI visited last week with family but only getting round to writing a review. A very informative and educational place but would not recommend for young children. My fourteen year old grandson just managed to hold interest because no exhibits could be touched. As a visitor to Texas I was made most welcome by the staff. No photography allowed. Apparently you can't spell energy in Texas without O-I-L but my thinking is there needs to be a more balanced view of the oil industry and the negative effects on the environment.
