I had a wonderful time in this atmosphere and the service is outstanding, five stars. The food is above and beyond anyone can ask or think when asking for traditional Cajun cuisine. I recommend trying everything on the menu starting with the fish Pontchartrain. The creamy sauce with fish on a bed of rice pilaf is exquisite in literally explodes in your mouth with awesomeness. The fried Gator and the Crawfish are excellent and comes off the pill and goes on the tongue exquisitely. The staff is friendly in very attentive even when you have children that can't sit still to stand there and serve and ask you if you need anything. Again I say five stars!! And you will never find another place that serves fried mushrooms as this establishment does. If you like fried mushrooms there is no other place to go in the golden triangle.

Came here for lunch today for the first time. We ate the Cajun Fries, and had a bowl of gumbo with a side of potatoe salad and sweet tea. Everything was delicious and tasted great. The fries were absolutely amazing and was a big portion. The gumbo was very flavorful and well made as well as the potatoe salad. The tea was sweet and had a good flavor as well! This is an important item lol The restaurant itself was clean and very comfortable. The waitress was super attentive and kind. I will definitely put this in my rotation of local restaurants! I can't recommend this place enough!

Atchafayla Fish was absolutely AMAZING, 1st Time EVER having it. I Wanted that to be read 1st in my rereview. Update::2nd Trip 2-1-26, same time on a Sunday, I Had the combo Fried Fish N Shrimp, w/Onion Rings. I had the VooDoo Eggrolls again. Alright, let's get to it. Dropped in Sunday 1/11/26, around 1:45. Just missed the Rush which was Great, it made for an exceptional Experience. 1st off, I don't usually Rate somewhere until I've eaten there twice. This one falls under the exceptions to the rules. Lol. Everything was Really Amazing, exceptthe Boudin Balls, they were mediocre. The Boudin is really good, but the Fried ball itself was just alright. The other items were off the charts Great. We Had Boudin Egg Rolls, Voo Doo Egg Rolls, & Fried Boudin Balls. Entrees, I had Atchafayla Fish, my buddy had the Seafood Spud & said it was Awesome. It looked good. The Atchafayla Fish was Amazingly Good, the fish was very crispy, & seasoned really well. I was really blown away by the dish. Next time I will request more Etouffee to the dish. It wasn't a big deal, but it could have used a little more for the rice and amount of fish. Not downgrading the Plate, it was Phenomenal. And I can NOT wait to Return.

They were swamped!! A line out the door and down the street! But they had a huge crawfish deal going on tonight when we went. All of the food was spectacular! 20/10!!!

Crawfish was good! Size and flavor was solid. Biggest negative is that corn and potatoes isn't boiled with Crawfish so it has no spice. Also tried the boudin balls and they were very good.
