We had a great experience at Urban Air! The kids had an amazing time and had so much fun with all the attractions. A special shoutout to Keri, who helped us during checkout and provided exceptional service at the food court. She was friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Her customer service was truly top-notch and made our visit even better. We’ll definitely be back!

I’ve been to thìs Beaumont, tx location before and it was ok but yesterday I did my sons party there and we had an experience like no other! Keep in mind thìs was a party of 20! Keri the manager was absolutely amazing! She helped with everything and even worked every position there that night. What a great person! Also there was Iyonne working the cafe, poor girl she was the only person working it but she held it down! Both excellent excellent workers! We enjoyed it 100%. Keri has really turned thìs place around. Thank you yall so much!
