Outside the free fire museum (donations welcomed) is a small park dotted with cute spotted fire hydrants along the perimeter. Has a nice Texas firefighter memorial, a 911 memorial and the huge fire hydrant. Which is awesome. Love how it's painted up like a dalmatian. Great photo opp. There is also a pavilion and benches. Worth checking out.

Pretty cool rest area to have a meal and museum. I wouldn’t mind stopping here on a road trip. It says working but I am unsure how and where.

The 24 foot tall, 4,500 lb fire hydrant is quite the site to see! It's brightly painted the same as it was when gifted by Disney in 1999 for the opening of the new 101 Dalmatians movie. It's said to shoot 1,500 gallons of water a minute when it's operating, would love to see that! The Fire Museum across the street is also definitely worth visiting. It's in a nice little park, there were even several prom couples doing photo shoots when we were there!

It actually is the largest ive seen great picture opportunity and super random to see tbf
